Over the past two months, within the Regional Capacity Development Network for Water and Sanitation Services (RCDN), NALAS successfully conducted the e-learning course in “Introduction to Asset Management in the Water Sector”, delivered in Serbian language through the NALAS e-Academy. This comprehensive program was designed to equip professionals with essential knowledge and skills for effective asset management in the water sector.
Through six engaging modules, participants from across the Western Balkans region gained an advanced understanding of asset management systems, techniques, and key financial components. We were truly impressed by the dedication and engagement shown by everyone throughout the course. Upon successful completion of all modules, 12 participants received a certificate of completion, acknowledging their newly acquired expertise.

Ms. Aleksandra Pavićević, one of the course participants, shared her thoughts: “The training ‘Introduction to Asset Management in the Water Supply Sector’ organised by NALAS is a great opportunity to gain insight into the basic postulates of infrastructure asset management in a concise and clear manner. As a participant in this training, I gained knowledge and skills that can significantly improve the decision-making process at all levels, especially in order to provide better quality services to end users. I highly recommend it to all colleagues, whether they come from the technical, managerial or political spheres.”

Congratulations to all who participated and enhanced their skills for effective asset management in the water sector!
