The Network of Associations of Local Authorities of South-East Europe (NALAS) is launching a call for a Key Expert to support the development of a Municipal Public Internal Financial Control (PIFC) Maturity Assessment and the piloting of Budget Transparency Tools in the Western Balkans and Moldova.

The assignment is conducted by NALAS, in the framework of its cooperation with UNDP, under the Smart Finance for Accountable Local Governance Project, funded by the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic.
