NALAS is seeking qualified experts to support the development of a Study on EU Integration and the Role of Local Government Associations: Principles, Models, Practices and Lessons for Moldova, implemented in cooperation with the Congress of Local Authorities from Moldova (CALM) under the PLATFORMA: Local and Regional International Action programme.

Applications are invited for two positions:

• Team Leader
• Key Expert

The assignment will be implemented from July to October 2026 and focuses on analysing the role of Local Government Associations in supporting EU integration processes, reviewing European practices, and developing recommendations to strengthen CALM’s contribution to Moldova’s EU accession process
