NALAS is seeking qualified experts to support the development of a Study on Local Public Administration Reform in Moldova, implemented in cooperation with the Congress of Local Authorities from Moldova (CALM) under the PLATFORMA Eastern Partnership Programme.

  • Team Leader
  • Key Expert

The assignment will be implemented from July to October 2026 and focuses on assessing Moldova’s local governance system, analyzing reform scenarios, and developing evidence-based recommendations.
