Information we collect and how we use it

Many of the services we offer do not require you to register or provide any personal information to us. For some services, however, you are invited to submit contact information. In order to provide constantly improving services, we may collect the following types of information:

• Information you provide - For some services you are invited to submit contact information. In most cases you are invited only to enter your name and contact email address. We may combine the information you submit with information from other services in order to provide quality control of content offered on our web pages. Occasionally we may invite you to submit feedback or rate our content.

• Log information - When you access NALAS member services, we record your transactions on in a log file. • User communications - When you send email or other communications to NALAS, we may retain those communications in order to process your enquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services.

NALAS does not intentionally share personal information outside of the Network. When you use NALAS web services, we make good faith efforts to provide you with access to your personal information and either to correct this data if it is inaccurate or to delete such data at your request.
