The 18th NALAS General Assembly will include a statutory session, as well as a Multi-level Governance Forum on Strengthening the Role of Local Authorities in Energy and Climate Planning, organised in partnerhip with GIZ, as part of the “EU4ET Covenant of Mayors in the Western Balkans and Türkiye” co-financed by the European Union and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by GIZ in the Western Balkans and CPMA in Türkiye.
